Partner Terms
These marketplace rules apply to interior design firms and their team members using SUMAI Partner features.
Firm identity and verification
Partners must provide accurate company, contact, portfolio and verification information. SUMAI may request supporting information and may keep a firm private, suspend it or reject verification where requirements are not met.
Projects and content
Partners must have the right to submit project images and information. Submissions remain private until approved and published by SUMAI. SUMAI may edit presentation, request corrections, reject, archive or remove content to maintain marketplace quality.
Homeowner leads
A partner may access only leads assigned to its firm. Homeowner contact details must be used only for the relevant renovation enquiry and must not be sold, redistributed, scraped or used for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
Lead response and status
Partners should respond within the response window shown in the workspace and keep consultation, quotation and outcome stages reasonably current so SUMAI can operate the marketplace fairly.
Credits
Where SUMAI activates a credit model, the applicable credit cost will be shown before a chargeable action. Wallet transactions, refunds and adjustments are recorded in the Partner workspace. Refund eligibility may depend on the reason, evidence and marketplace rules in force at that time.
Conduct
Partners must not misrepresent affiliation with SUMAI, pressure homeowners, create fake reviews, bypass security controls, interfere with other firms or misuse confidential marketplace information.
Suspension
SUMAI may pause or suspend a partner for quality, verification, payment, security, abuse or policy reasons. A suspended firm’s public profile and linked projects may be hidden.
