Terms of Use

SUMAI is a renovation discovery and matching platform. SUMAI is not the interior designer, renovation contractor or contracting party for renovation works unless expressly stated otherwise.

Marketplace role

Project information, firm profiles, reviews and matching tools are provided to help homeowners research and compare options. Homeowners remain responsible for evaluating firms, proposals, contracts, licences, insurance, pricing, timelines and suitability before appointing a provider.

Renovation matching

A matching request may be shared with up to three selected firms. A match is not an endorsement, guarantee of availability, guarantee of quotation, or guarantee of project outcome. SUMAI may replace, remove or decline matches where information is incomplete, unsuitable, duplicated or abusive.

Information accuracy

Users and partners must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, manipulate reviews, scrape restricted information or misuse homeowner contact details.

Third-party services

Payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics and other features may rely on third-party services with their own terms and availability.

Availability

SUMAI may change, suspend or discontinue features, listings or accounts where reasonably necessary for security, quality, legal or operational reasons.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SUMAI does not guarantee that a renovation firm, quotation, project, website feature or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user.
